Survival expert Jed Coombes has been a television fixture for years, travelling the world and enjoying the trappings of fame and fortune. Blissfully unaware of how the media and his once loyal fans are starting to question him, he has become lazy and ever more reliant on the skills of his production team. His loyal producer Greg has other ideas and plans Jed’s adventure of a lifetime. With no film crew accompanying him, Jed is dropped on an island with a camera his only companion. After initially struggling to abandon his idle tendencies, as the initial three week project is prolonged, he is finally forced to become the person he has pretended to be for so long.
