    Every day I am Care Team leader supporting and giving my full divided and emotional attention to residents with dementia, Alzheimer and mental health problems, as they are worth more than their weight in gold. Music with lovely old songs is amazing for them as they dont recognise their family but they do recall the words to old songs. so never forget how important they all are.
