Saitas is a homeless clown who wanders in the empty city reminiscing the days that made children to laugh. Little Homer wanders into his home playing with a fake gun. He discovers something that will change him. One day Homer faces Saita when he was playing with his friends in a park. Saita was trying to make them laugh. But clowns today provoke fear.
