Fantastic short film – had me in floods of tears in the middle of the coffee shop.

I found the interplay between the constellations graphics and the human characters fascinating. It seemed to be saying death is not the end, but part of an eternal journey for us all. The mother’s physical presence may have become an empty shell at the end of the film, but her vital spiritual essence lives on amog the stars … if only the husband and daughter knew. For me, the daughter’s drawing made that very same point … the journey continues.
