She clings to glimpses of memories she meant to forget. Her hand is so cold now. She misses the calm embrace of his hand. She grasps at the warmth of the spring sun as he placed a symbol of their love around her neck. It is a lost love now, one that pains her every day. Like an addiction, she clings to these memories. But the longer she clings, the larger the distance grows; the distance between her and happiness.
