Elle, an elderly widow notices a rapid progression in her MS symptoms and prepares to die with dignity. To leave less of a burden to her young and disconnected flatmate Henri, Elle takes up an offer from a young vintage shop owner, Anne, to come and rifle through her possessions. In the process, Anne and Henri learn about the experiences that have brought Elle to this tipping point and that they may have been enlisted to help her with more than they initially signed up for.
