Development of June is a short film about June, a seventy-year-old woman, who lives in Surrey, UK. June discovers a commercial development plan for a field that holds her dearest family memories. She longs for the past, but in her dreams, she rediscovers old disappointments. While June processes the devastating blows to her memory, she begins to come to terms with her slow-burning dementia. We ride the waves with June as she ebbs and flows between dreams, memories and her dementia-informed reality.
