Cafeína is an experimental web series which is made in a ‘mockumentary’ style mixing documentary with fiction. The action takes place in a bar in Barcelona. The camera acts as a spy which listens in on conversations between staff and customers. On occasion the characters acknowledge the presence of the camera and are interviewed between shots.
