“Ayahuasca” is an experimental video. Surreal and mystical scenes are constantly contrasting between movement and stillness, as well as organic and rough shapes. A further focus is the connection between image and sound. In a wide rocky landscape a dark, vicious fluid lurks out of crevices. A person as mysterious as the fluid itself wanders through this unreal scenery. Gradually the line between human and liquid becomes blurred. In the end the person dissappears into a dark, black lake. Much of what is happening stays unrevealed to the inattentive ovserver or is only visible at second glance.
