The video is a part of a larger film project . The story, which you can see will be develop in the form of a 30-minute feature film “WIR”. “Wir” is a story about difficult brotherly love, eternal rivalry and unconditional devotion. In the film we get to know the story of Wiktor and Constantine, two brothers from Ukraine. Wiktor is a younger brother who escapes to Poland and breaks off contact with Constantine. For several years, he has been working as a rescuer at the WOPR branch in Bydgoszcz. One day unannounced Constantine arrives along with his 5-year-old son. The reason for the visit is the desire to reconcile with younger brother. The recurring memories of the recent joint holidays in Ukraine reveal the truth about their relationship and shed new light on Wiktor’s attitude. The technique of getting out of a water swirl (trans. WIR) on the river consists of diving down to the bottom. This is contrary to our natural defensive reaction, but there is no other way. In life, we encounter events that need to be confronted to really get rid of them.
