Snapshot follows Alex, a young aspiring photographer, who struggles to come to terms with his grandfather’s diagnosis of Alzheimer’s. Alex tries to utilise the photos he takes to help his grandfather remember. However, as Richard’s memory deteriorates, relationships in the family start to fall under emotional strain, leading to the family making some serious, life changing decisions.
