Starting out with a lie isn’t good. The murder was not unsolved. Everyone, including the police, knew who did it back in 1882 when she was found. There was no prosecution but it was solved. Not quite sure why this Steve Baldwin claims he solved it?
As a born and bred Workington lass who knows Lucy’s story well, there’s more fiction to this piece of work than fact. Mr Baldwin is up there with Scheherazade with regards to embellishing stories.
