This is a village where Buddhist beliefs prevail, and its name is Yanshou. In 2020, the government told the residents of the entire village to move out in order to turn the area into the largest park in the province. And the government promised residents that they would get new homes after three years, but they are still waiting. My grandmother Chunjin is one of these residents, and she does not live in the temporary housing arranged by the government like most elderly people. She chose to live with her youngest son’s family. This documentary will tell the story of what happened to this village and this group of people from Chunjin’s perspective.
