A Russian trumpeter lives in Paris without a visa. He works illegally with his cousin, a locksmith. With no place to practice and afraid of being controlled, he steals a client’s key and plays his trumpet softly at her apartment.
The characters of this story hide and cross each other. They are alone, rootless and look for a home.
