After being locked out of his apartment, Sergio heads to the first floor of his building in search of help to return home. However, strangely, he ends up getting trapped on his own floor, specifically the twentieth. Despite trying to go down both the elevator and the stairs, he cannot move in any direction. As he persists in trying to get him, he gradually sinks into frustration and despair, progressively facing growing anger and a hint of madness. Soon, he will be forced to confront his deepest fears.
