Krista Launonen is a painter and a writer who suffers from a serious cancer. She is going to live approximately five years. She has gone through some overwhelming feelings and serious pain, but she has chosen to enjoy life despite of her illness. Cancer changed her way of seeing life and it has influenced her paintings. It is very interesting how she has put her thoughts about life and death into her art.
